We're supposed to get down to 22° Saturday night. I sure hope not, although we really had it coming. Lots of my outdoor plants seem to think it's March or April...
Hi Jenn- That's a fringeflower. The one pictured is a dwarf cultivar, actually; they can get somewhat large and shrubby in their regular form. In my zone (7b/8a), they are late winter bloomers.

Rosemary, lavender and daffodil are all old favorites, but I don't recognize the pink flowered plant.
