The mallards in our neighborhood have been pretty friendly lately. A trio of males seems to especially like our yard.
Since we've been enjoying the HBO series of "John Adams" so much in our household, I was inspired to name them Adams, Jefferson and Franklin.

How cute(-: Do they have mates or are they just bachelors? You could get a whole family moving in with you...or make that three(-:
I'm guessing the lady ducks are dutifully sitting on their nests somewhere nearby, as I haven't seen any of them. If that's true, I could have a lot more duckies around soon!
