I use to put chemicals all over the place till I killed off all the good bugs. I learned. Must be cause I garden in South Australia!I had a good lot of seeds emerging and growing healthy (lettuce, cauli, broccoli and cabbage), when we had a sudden really hot spell and most of them keeled over. BTW, these are veggies we plant as winter harvesting crops. The lettuce I grow all year round.So I've had to start over again too.
